Flat slide valve ZFB

The use of our ZFB flat slide valves guarantees you safe shut-off and metering, as well as the infeed or discharge of dry, free-flowing bulk materials in all applications with vertical flow direction. Due to a specially developed design, the flat slide valves also separates flowing material columns without any problems.

The standard version, the ZFB, shuts-off dust-tight in the passage. One possible application is an installation as a reliable discharge aid under a silo or bunker.

Our custom version, the pressure-vacuum slide gate valve ZFB+PAM is also able to meter discharge from pressure differential areas can also be realised. The specially developed “Press-Airmatic®” seal shuts-off the passage gas-tight.

The ZFB flat slide valves can be varied in the choice of material, nominal size, actuation and seal quality and can therefore be optimally adapted to your requirements. Integrated cleaning options by air or water flushing have proven to avoid adhesion.

The flat slide valve ZFB can also be adapted for use in the high temperature and/or ATEX area

The ZFB flat slide valve is particularly reliable and easy to monitor. The effort required for maintenance work remains low.
