Schütte has joined forces with a renowned manufacturer of vacuum drying systems to develop a vacuum-tight, continuous-operating inward and outward shut-off unit that satisfies the high demands for leak tightness, service life and operational reliability.

Distinctive parameters:

• Robust casted construction of the shut-off valves
• Including our unique, inflatable PRESSAIRMATIC inlet seal
• Housing materials in cast steel or stainless steel
• Interior surfaces in contact with product grinded, polished or technically coated, acc. to individual process requirement for chemical, pharmaceutical or food processing industries
• Rinsing installation for interior purging, variable at any stage of the cycle phase
• Integrated cooling and/or heating system to maintain constant body temperatures
• Integrated failsafe electro-pneumatic control system
• Available in sizes of approx. up to DN400 (DIN) / 16” (ANSI)
